What GSM options do you offer?

We offer 240 GSM, 300 GSM, and 400 GSM fabrics depending on the product. Each product page specifies the fabric weight. Higher GSM = heavier, more premium feel.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. Zero minimums. You can order a single custom piece or a hundred — same quality, same process.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes. Use our custom design tool on the website or send your artwork to support@strykdrift.com. Accepted formats: PNG, PDF, AI (300 DPI minimum for best print quality).

Will the print crack or fade?

No. We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing which embeds the ink into the fabric fibres. With proper care (cold wash, inside out, no tumble dry), your print will last the life of the garment.

How do I care for my StrykDrift piece?

Machine wash cold, inside out
Do not tumble dry — air dry flat
Do not iron directly on the print
Do not dry clean

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders: 5–7 business days. Custom/print orders: 7–10 business days. Express delivery (3–4 days) available at checkout where applicable.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹79 shipping fee.

Is COD available?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a print defect or damage.

What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Email us at support@strykdrift.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
